How the ratings are built, and what they will never claim

How the Whole-Care Rating works

Every provider is read against the seven promises of the Whole-Woman Charter. Each promise is scored from publicly available information as strong, partial or none — worth two, one or zero — for a total of up to fourteen. That total fills the petals of a bloom and resolves to one of four words: In Full Bloom, Blooming, Budding or Dormant. We never publish a bare number out of a hundred, because a number out of a hundred is exactly the reduction this site exists to push back on.

What the marks do and don’t mean

A missing feature is described plainly — for example, “no published maintenance plan.” The absence of something is not an accusation. We do not characterise any provider’s conduct or reputation; we describe what a program offers and how it reads for a woman living with endo.

Our independence, stated plainly

• No pay to appear or to rank. No provider pays to be listed on Havelle or to influence its rating.
• No ads, no sponsorships, no commissions. There are no sponsored placements anywhere on this page.
• Alphabetical, always. Providers are ordered A to Z. There is no ranked favourite, no editor’s badge and no featured slot.
• A fixed formula. The seven-promise scoring is the same for every provider and does not move for money.
• Price is never scored. It lives in its own column and never moves a provider up or down.
